We stock 14/2, 16/2, and 18/2 fire alarm cables in the following jacket types:

• CMP - CMP cable is a "Communications Multipurpose Cable, Plenum" designed to restrict flame propagation and limit smoke.
• CMR - CMR cable is a "Communications Multipurpose Cable, Riser" designed to prevent fires from spreading between floors.
• Shielded - FPLR (Riser) or FPLP (Plenum) Shielded is a power-limited fire alarm foil shielded cable.
• Unshielded - FFPLR Riser cables are suitable for vertical run through a shaft or from floor to floor.
