Can I change my order?
Please contact us by online chat within 15 minutes of placing the order or we cannot guarantee we will be able to change it. Orders are picked and packaged immediately after an order is placed.
Why isn't my order tax exempt?
You will be charged tax if your billing or shipping address is located in TX or CA. To place a tax-exempt order, please fill out the form here and attach your tax exemption certificate. Filling out this form will automatically create an account with the details you provide. Once we have validated your tax status, we will mark your account tax-exempt and inform you via the email address provided.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order or we may not be able to change it. Changing a shipping address may also change shipping charges.
What can I do if there is an issue with my order?
Let us know as soon as possible! Report issues by phone, email, or chat within 3 days of receipt. Please send images of any incorrect items, damage etc. to resolve the issue more quickly.
