This is a screw mount cable tie: a one-piece nylon tie with a #10 screw hole molded into the head, so the bundle is tied and anchored to the wall, the stud, or the tray in one step with one screw, and no separate mounting base. It's UV stabilized for direct sun outdoors, plenum rated for air-handling spaces indoors, UL listed, CSA certified, RoHS compliant, and flame rated UL 94V-2. Good to Know

Fasten the head before you cinch the bundle: drive the #10 screw through the head's hole into a stud, an anchor, or a tapped hole in the tray, then wrap the tie around the cable, pull it snug, and cut the tail flush with a flush cutter so there's no sharp spur to catch a hand or a jacket later. Snug means the bundle can't slide, not crushed; a Cat6 or fiber bundle over-tightened under a tie is where you find a failed pair or a broken fiber a year on, so tighten until the cables just stop moving and no further, and use the longer ties on bigger bundles rather than straining a short one. Space the ties so the bundle doesn't sag between them, and put one close to every bend and every point where the run changes direction. These ties are permanent: once cinched they don't release, so lay out the run before you tie it, and plan to cut and replace if a cable has to come out. UV stabilized means the tie won't go brittle in the sun the way plain nylon does, but black nylon in full sun still ages, so check outdoor ties on the same schedule as the cable they hold. In a plenum, the tie has to be plenum rated and so does the cable; one without the other doesn't satisfy the inspector.
