Mid Span Slit & Ring Tool (7.9 mm-11 mm)

The PATENTED MS-336 Mid Span Slit and Ring Tool is designed to provide easy access to optical fibers in thin-walled outer jacketed cables. The MS-336 is an extension of the MS-326 series tool targeting larger cables such as Cornings Minixtend HD 288 and 432 fiber count cables.

• It consists of 2 precision slitting grooves and 2 precision ring grooves, ranging in size from 7.9-8.2 and 10.7-11 mm.
• One side of the tool performs Radial/ring cuts, and the other side slits the cable (longitudinal cut)
• The indicator line on top of the unit indicates the blade's position for accurate slitting and ringing.
• This tool is designed explicitly for Corning Minixtend HD 288F and Minixtend HD 432F cable. Both with FastAccess
• Replacement blades available, part number MS-336RB
• Blades last at least 5,000 slits/cuts
