Some products we sell are made to order or customized to your specifications. Because these products are produced specifically for you, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR).
Once Patch Cords Online confirms an order for an NCNR product, the order cannot be cancelled, and the product cannot be returned for refund or credit, except as required by applicable law.
Which products are NCNR?
NCNR products include, but are not limited to:
- Cut copper cable and cut fiber optic cable
- Custom copper cable assemblies
- Custom fiber optic assemblies
- Special orders
- Non-standard products
- Products not customarily stocked by Patch Cords Online
- End-of-life (EOL) or discontinued products
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Products may also be designated as NCNR on a quote, sales order, or invoice. If you are unsure whether an item is NCNR, please ask before placing your order.
Can an NCNR order ever be changed or cancelled?
Requests to change or cancel an order are subject to Patch Cords Online's approval and are not guaranteed. If a cancellation is approved, cancellation charges will apply based on the stage of work in process and the manufacturing capacity reserved for the order — up to 100% of the order value. An approved change or cancellation does not make an NCNR product returnable.
A note on lead times
Lead times for made-to-order products are approximate and subject to change without notice, as they depend on production capacity and raw material availability at the time of order placement. Stock is subject to prior sale. A change in lead time does not entitle the buyer to cancel an NCNR order, and Patch Cords Online shall not be liable for delays or changes in lead times.
