 This is an unshielded Cat6 RJ45 plug for solid or stranded cable, 23 to 26 AWG. It's a standard one-piece crimp plug with no insert or load bar. You strip the cable, lay the eight conductors in order, push them in, and crimp. The housing is clear polycarbonate, so you can check the order before the tool closes. The contacts are copper alloy with 50 µin of gold, and they fit conductors with an insulation diameter of 0.96 to 1.02 mm, which covers most Cat6 patch and bulk cable. It's rated for 1,200 mating cycles and −40 to 70 °C, and it comes in packs of 25, 50, and 100 for making Cat6 patch cords to length and for field repairs. Good to Know

Measure the cable before ordering: this plug is for 23 to 26 AWG conductors insulated to 0.96 to 1.02 mm, which is most Cat6, but thick-insulated 23 AWG can run over that and won't seat, and 28 AWG slim cable is too thin for it. Strip the jacket, untwist the pairs only as far as it takes to lay the eight conductors flat in T568B order, trim them square and even, and push them into the plug until each one bottoms out at the front, then check the order through the clear housing before the tool closes, since the crimp can't be undone. Even-length conductors matter more on a plug without an insert, because a short one stops before its contact and the crimp still looks fine from outside. Use a crimp tool with a standard RJ45 die. The boot goes on the cable before the plug, not after. The housing has no shield shell, so this is for unshielded cable; shielded cable needs a shielded plug so the drain wire has somewhere to go. Keep the untwist at the contacts as short as you can; untwisted pairs at the plug are where a Cat6 link fails its NEXT test.
