This is a 48-port unshielded Cat6 patch panel in 1U, preloaded, with a strain relief bar built in. The 48 RJ45 ports sit flush in the front of a 16-gauge black powder-coated steel panel, and behind each one is a 90-degree 110 IDC block that takes solid or stranded 22 to 26 AWG Cat6 and wires to T568A or T568B. The strain relief bar behind the panel carries the weight of the incoming cables so the punch-downs don't. It mounts in any standard 19 in rack or enclosure at 3.6 in deep and 5 lb, and it's rated for PoE++ (802.3bt, 4PPoE) up to 100 W, UL listed, and RoHS compliant. It's sold individually. It suits telecom rooms and IDFs terminating a floor's worth of Cat6 station cable where 48 ports in 1U keeps the rack count down. Good to Know

Mount the panel, then land the cables: dress each run to its port, strip the jacket, keep the twist in each pair to within half an inch of the IDC, lay the conductors by the color code in T568A or T568B to match the jacks at the far end, and punch down with a 110 tool, blade's cutting edge outward. Use solid-conductor cable for horizontal runs; the IDC takes stranded too, but stranded is for cords, not the plant. Tie each cable to the strain relief bar before you terminate it, so the weight of the bundle is on the bar from the start and never on the punch-down. The 90-degree block means the cable comes in from the rear, straight into the IDC, which keeps the panel shallow at 3.6 in; check that against a shallow wall cabinet before ordering. 48 ports in 1U is dense, so plan a horizontal cable manager above or below for the patch cords, and label as you go, since the port numbers are small at that pitch. The panel is unshielded, so it's for unshielded Cat6; shielded cable needs a shielded panel so the drain wires have somewhere to land. On PoE++ ports carrying 100 W, a clean punch on every conductor matters more than for data alone, since a half-seated conductor heats under load. A Cat6 panel makes a Cat6 link, which carries Gigabit to 100 m and 10 Gigabit only over short runs; for 10 Gigabit at full distance, the Cat6A panels.
