The Current Global Shipping Situation

Due to the current global economic status, the cost of goods is increasing at an unpredictable rate. Therefore extended lead times and price changes may occur. We are doing our best to keep our costs down and will inform customers if this situation applies.

We greatly appreciate your continued understanding and support.

Shipping Methods

We ship to US Domestic locations via UPS; the following shipping methods are available to choose from at the time of checkout:

  • UPS Next Day Air®
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS 3 Day Select®
  • UPS Ground

Free Ship items may be sent by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Product Availability

Each product has a "Ship Time" indicator that shows if a product is available to ship the day it is ordered or if longer ship time is applicable.

Please note the shipping time for the product you are ordering.

The "time to ship" must be added to the shipping method you have chosen for the actual delivery time.

Next Day Shipping

As described above, some items are not available to ship on the same day. If you order any product "Next Day" that has any "ship time" other than "Usually Ships the Same Day," you will NOT receive it the next day.

For products marked "Usually Ships the Same Day," we will ship the same day as long as that order is placed before 1 pm PST/4 pm EST. There may be instances where it is impossible to ship a product for the next day. In these cases, we will inform you as soon as possible via the email address provided with the order.

Large and Bulky Orders

We can provide the quantities you need! If you need to place a large order with us, please email support@patchcordsonline.com with your requirements. We will give you a quote for your request along with an accurate shipping/freight quote.

International Shipping

Currently, Patch Cords Online does not ship outside of the United States nor accept orders from outside of the United States.

Customer Initiated Package Redirection

We cannot guarantee the delivery time of your shipment if you call the carrier and either ask for it to be redirected or held at the carrier's local offices. Moreover, when this action is taken, tracking information is not updated in the usual way and can be inaccurate. We cannot and will not be held liable for any delays that these actions introduce.

Additionally, suppose you have a carrier service where your address is automatically redirected, such as a UPS or FedEx store/mailbox provider. In that case, this will cause significant delays, and tracking information will not accurately reflect the shipment's progress.

Again we cannot and will not be held liable for any delays in your order due to this automatic redirection. Please put the exact destination for your order as the shipment address, not the address that will be automatically redirected.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the above situations; we will NOT resend a replacement order if the original is delayed.

Refunds for Shipping Charges

We cannot refund any shipping charges, either for the original order or returning the goods to us. The ONLY time shipping charges will be refunded if the item is returned because it is defective and the only item in the order. If there are other items in the order you are keeping; we cannot issue a refund on shipping charges.

Patch Cords Online is not liable for any packages that the customer is returning that are lost or damaged. Any goods that are returned must be done so via a traceable and insurable shipping service.
